Returns

General information 

Skate Street would like you to be happy with the purchases that you make.  As a consumer, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.  You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure.
  • All returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Gift cards can not be returned and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Please ensure all items are packaged securely and arrive back to us in their original, unused / unworn condition. Including tags, boxes, casing, etc. We reserve the right to deny any item that does not meet these requirements.
  • Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.
  • Final Sale items can not be returned for a refund unless deemed faulty.

EXCHANGE 

  • Please note that exchange requests are not held. We suggest placing a new order for the new item to avoid missing out and requesting a refund/store credit for the returning item
  • If your exchange request is not available our team will issue you with store credit
  • Product must be full priced, Sale items will be issued 100% store credit

REFUND 

  • SALE items are NOT eligible for a refund. 
  • Refund can only be returned via the original payment method
  • We will pay the shipping costs for all faulty or mismatched description items, upon proof of shipping costs paid by you

ONLINE RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Change of Mind – Not feeling the love

If you have purchased an item and you are not happy with the item (wrong size, wrong colour etc) you may exchange the item or obtain a store credit within 30 days of purchase.

You must provide to us the:

  • returned goods (post or instore) - with tags attached, original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase

*Goods that have been used/worn will not be accepted for change of mind.  You must return all goods with original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any items that doesn't meet our requirements.

 We will not accept the following goods returned for Change of Mind:

  • Face Mask;
  • Gift Cards;
  • Final Sale Items; and
  • Earrings 

*For change of mind you must pay the postage costs or return instore for free.

 When returning goods please ensure;

  • All items are packaged securely and arrive back to us in their original, unworn condition. Including tags, boxes, casing, etc.
  • Please do not tape or mark the original box
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return postage must be paid by the customer at the time of returning.
  • Please note that exchange requests are not held. We suggest placing a new order for the new item to avoid missing out and requesting a refund for the returning item.
IN-STORE RETURNS/EXCHANGES
  • You can return your items to our retail store for a store credit or exchange. Our stores are unable to process refunds for online purchases
  • Product must be full priced, Sale items will be issued 100% store credit
  • Customers will need to provide an online order confirmation email as proof of purchase, and goods must be received back in their original, unworn and resalable condition (including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc)

FAULTY / WARRANTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Does Not Match Description / Faulty Goods

Please contact our Customer Care team via hi@skatestreet.com.au. Please include your order number, and any photos, relevant information regarding the issue so that we can fix this as soon as possible.

Once investigated, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item. 

Most manufacturers will have a standard warranty period for warranty claims. All warranty claims will be assessed by the manufacturer and/or manufacturers representative and will be repaired, replaced or credited at their discretion.

If you have purchased an item from Skate Street and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description. You may return the item to us and upon inspection you may request a:

  • Full Refund;
  • Replacement; or
  • Store Credit.

 and you must provide to us the:

  • returned goods (post or instore)

We will pay the shipping costs for all faulty or mismatched description items, upon proof of shipping costs paid by you.
